Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to support customer accounts, relationship development, lead generation, and sales activities. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who enjoy communicating with customers, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and developing valuable account and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer account and relationship-building activities.
• Communicate with current and prospective customers regarding products and services.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and account activities.
• Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services when appropriate.
• Participate in promotional activities and community outreach.
• Assist team members with daily account and sales activities.
• Communicate customer feedback and account information to the appropriate team members.
• Help achieve individual and team sales objectives.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
